2. Scope of Work: Quotes are based on visible conditions. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen issues (e.g., rotted pipes behind walls, non-code-compliant hidden wiring) are discovered during the job.

 

3. Site Access: The client must provide a safe work environment and legal access to the property.

 

4. Payment: Final payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a [Insert %] monthly fee.

 

5. Liability: Smith’s MEP is not liable for pre-existing damage or damages caused by utility provider failures (e.g., BPL power surges).
