Refund Policy

At Smith’s MEP Services, we provide professional Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services. Because our work involves custom labor and specialized materials, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Service Fees: Consultations and diagnostic site-visit fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

  • Deposits: A deposit of [Insert % here, e.g., 50%] is required for all major projects. This deposit becomes non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.

  • Cancellations: If you cancel a scheduled service call with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of [Insert Amount] may apply.

  • Materials: Any specialized equipment (AC units, generators, custom fixtures) purchased for your project cannot be returned once installed. If a project is canceled before installation, the client is responsible for any supplier restocking fees.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: We do not offer cash refunds for completed labor. However, we stand by our work. If you are dissatisfied with a repair or installation, please contact us within 30 days, and we will return to rectify the issue at no additional labor cost.
